    beOnd Reaffirms its Commitment to the Maldives: Fleet Expansion to 22 Aircraft and 30+ Destinations by 2030

    beOnd, the world's first premium leisure airline, today announced its long-term commitment to the Maldives outlining plans to grow the fleet to 22 aircraft based in Maldives and more than 30 destinations by the end of the decade, including four new destinations in 2026.

    The commitment positions the Maldives as the anchor of beOnd's global network and the primary hub for its expanding premium leisure model. beOnd's strategy focuses on connecting high-value travelers from the world's leading cities through an all premium, lie-flat experience designed for effortless travel.

    The airline has fostered increased tourism to the Maldives from the Middle East and Europe. beOnd proudly maintains an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in the Maldives, its first home. The company's vision is a multi-jurisdictional approach, with AOCs in different regions of the world.

    In 2026, subject to approval from the Maldives Civil Aviation Authority, beOnd plans to expand its network to China, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, India, France, Italy and the United Kingdom.
